CCAA Member agencies come from city, county, state and federal branches of government.

 

CCAA Members encompass law enforcement, mediation, regulatory,
legislative, and licensing officers whose primary focus is consumer
protection.  Member agencies provide a myriad of services to the public
through their individual offices.  Agency responsibilities include:

 

-Counseling, Mediation, Prosecution
-Information dissemination, consumer education
-Professional licensing
-Legislation
-Regulation

CCAA is a 501(c) (3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization

The association holds annual meetings, alternating between northern and southern
sites.  CCAA has both a Northern and a Southern Division to facilitate more
frequent meeting throughout the year.
